Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Trainer with proven experience in contact center environments to join our training team. You will be responsible for delivering initial training and refresher training sessions, ensuring the highest quality standards in our operations.
Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and conduct initial and ongoing training sessions
Assess trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback
Update and create training materials based on operational needs
Collaborate with operational and quality teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives in customer service processes
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trainer in contact center settings
Solid knowledge of in-person and online training techniques
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to adapt and manage different trainee profiles
Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and e-learning platforms
Advanced level of Portuguese and English, other languages are a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in adult education (e.g., CAP/CCP)
Experience with active training methodologies
