What You'll Do:
Build and refine our HR structure so our team can grow without growing pains.
Own the hiring process across
USA, Canada, UK, and India
.Sourcing the best talent across time zones and cultures.
Develop policies and processes that are both people-friendly and performance-driven.
Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and design roles that attract top global talent.
Be the go-to person for all things people-related: onboarding, culture, compliance, and career development.
Keep us legally sharp across multiple countries while keeping the team happy and engaged.
What You Bring:
5+ years of HR experience (bonus points if you've done this at a startup or high-growth company).
A track record of building HR structures from the ground up.
Global hiring experience .You understand the nuances of recruiting and managing teams across different countries.
Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate cultural differences.
Full-time availability (we're global, so flexibility is key).
