We Are Recruiting the Following Profile
* Process Consultant (M/F) – Remote
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Excellent understanding of IT service management best practices and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, IT4IT).
* Experience in delivering processes in multi-tower, multi-site environments.
* Skilled in using various planning methodologies.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and statistics.
* Experience in forecasting and scheduling.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to deliver clear and concise presentations.
