Your new role
As an
IT Project Manager
, you will play a critical role in leading the most complex and high-impact technology initiatives within the HAVI Technology portfolio. This position is suited for experienced professionals who bring a high level of autonomy, discipline, and leadership to project execution in global, matrixed environments.
You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes, often in fast-paced and evolving contexts. Success in this role requires a proven track record in large-scale project delivery, advanced stakeholder engagement, and the ability to bring clarity and structure where needed. Strong governance, risk management, and a continuous improvement mindset are essential to ensure value realization and alignment with business objectives.
You will be responsible for:
Project Delivery & Governance
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of cross-functional technology projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, quality, and budget.
Apply Stage Gate Methodology (SGM) across all phases, validating and documenting deliverables at each stage.
Maintain detailed project plans, success criteria, and milestone tracking aligned with strategic goals.
Monitor project financials, ensuring budget adherence and accurate cost forecasting.
Ensure compliance with PMO governance standards, including templates, documentation, and reporting cadence.
Track and manage risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies with transparency.
Document and communicate key decisions and changes to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Build strong relationships with sponsors, functional leaders, and key stakeholders.
Provide structured, timely updates and facilitate steering meetings.
Drive alignment through clear communication, expectation management, and issue resolution.
Support change management and consider organizational impact throughout all phases.

eam Leadership & Collaboration
Lead cross-functional teams without formal authority, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Ensure clear task ownership, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
Promote a one-team mindset across business, technical, and vendor stakeholders.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
Define and monitor quality criteria to ensure deliverables meet standards.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned.
Contribute to improving PMO tools, templates, and methodologies.
Participate in project management community sessions and champion delivery excellence.
What you will need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required; Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) are a strong plus.
7+ years managing complex technology projects in global, matrixed environments.
Proven delivery of large-scale initiatives across IT infrastructure, software development, or systems integration.
Solid experience with project financials, quality assurance, and delivery KPIs.
Deep understanding of governance models and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Stage Gate).
Proficient in tools like Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and JIRA.Aligns project outcomes with business goals and drives structured, results-oriented delivery.
Applies governance rigor across all phases, anticipates risks, and solves complex problems using data.
Builds trusted stakeholder relationships, communicates with clarity, and adapts in dynamic environments.
Promotes learning, embraces feedback, and contributes to continuous improvement of delivery practices.
