IT Service Manager
About this Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and managing teams responsible for delivering services.
* Coordinate and manage teams to ensure efficient service delivery in line with established objectives.
* Ensure that all service delivery processes adhere to the ITIL framework, guaranteeing high-quality services.
* Apply and maintain best practices in IT service management.
* Manage critical incidents and restore service rapidly in accordance with defined SLAs.
* Prepare and deliver regular reports on service performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related fields.
* At least 5 years of experience in tasks described above.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel), Microsoft Project, and ServiceNow.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
