Transforming Returns Strategist
We are a leading sleep brand empowering customers to awaken their best every day. As a senior logistics professional, you'll lead the charge in disrupting and reinventing our returns process.
Your Mission:
* Improve customer satisfaction by analyzing current return processes and identifying inefficiencies to suggest and implement better practices.
* Monitor financials to track Reverse Logistics and Refurbishment costs and understand trends and deviations.
* Cross-team collaboration is key to ensure process improvements align with business objectives. You'll work with Warehouse, Last Mile, Network Design, Customer Excellence, and Country teams.
* Physical returns process enhancement: Identify industry best practices, run tests, and standardize inspection, grading, and repacking/refurbishment across warehouses.
You will thrive in this role if:
* You have +5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Operations, Management Consulting, or similar areas.
* You're comfortable with numbers and financial reports.
* You possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
* You're a team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse backgrounds and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
