Role Overview
This is a Digital Marketing Specialist role within the Media Team, responsible for executing and optimizing digital commercial acquisition strategies across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and experience in managing complex media campaigns, as well as excellent collaboration and influencing skills.
The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering advanced, effective, smooth, and efficient operations, including overall biddable media campaign execution. They will also drive commercial acquisition strategy across all biddable channels, working closely with the Group Media Team to develop strategic and operational best practices.
This role requires a deep understanding of search and social technology platforms, as well as hands-on experience with tools like AdWords, Business Manager, and Advantageous for Twitter, Snapchat etc. The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of specialist search and social biddable technology platforms, such as Marin, Kenshoo etc. and performance marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing biddable media campaign operations: business / budget / channel choices;
* Driving commercial acquisition strategy across all biddable channels;
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance;
* Developing and executing strategic plans to deliver high-quality results and outcomes.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Relevant management experience in the media industry, preferably with international exposure;
* Hands-on and operational experience with search and social technology platforms;
* Knowledge of specialist search and social biddable technology platforms;
* Experience with performance marketing campaigns;
* Good data management and analytical skills;
* Platform certifications such as Google AdWords (Search, YouTube, GDN).
