Senior Delivery Manager - iGaming Projects
As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of projects in the iGaming industry. Your primary goal is to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Program management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to deliver projects successfully.
* Organization: Manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
* Operations: Oversee day-to-day project operations, including resource allocation and performance monitoring.
* Performance management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
* Talent management: Identify, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
* Sales and marketing: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
* Account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Risk management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects.
* Financial management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Solution delivery: Deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in delivery management, 2+ years of recent experience in the iGaming industry, and experience managing teams of 25+ people.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
* Skills: Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, solution delivery for customers at different levels of maturity, program management, organization, operations, performance management, talent management, sales, marketing, account management, risk management, financial management, and resource management.
