Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer (German Speaker) to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base across the DACH market, leveraging outbound strategies to generate leads, build relationships, and secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and prospect potential clients within the IT and digital transformation sectors in the DACH region.
- Conduct cold-calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and messaging campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Use tools such as LinkedIn, Lusha, and HubSpot to build and manage prospect pipelines.
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Qualify prospects to understand their IT outsourcing and nearshore development needs.
- Work closely with the Sales and Delivery teams to prepare proposals and close deals.
- Track and report outbound activities, pipeline status, and KPIs in HubSpot.
- Represent the company's value proposition in a clear and compelling way.
Requirements:
- Fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation, ideally within IT services, software development, or outsourcing.
- Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
- Hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn, Lusha, HubSpot (or similar CRM).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive and persistent attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust quickly.
