Our client, a leading international company in the telecommunications sector, is currently looking for German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join their growing team.

Main Responsibilities
* Handle incoming customer contacts via phone
* Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
* Support customers and build long-term customer loyalty
* Advise customers regarding services and available offers
* Manage different types of requests, including billing, technical and commercial topics
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience in a call centre or customer support role
* Fluent German and good English skills
* Strong customer-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and with attention to detail
* Flexible, proactive and stress-resistant
* Good computer skills
* Reliable and punctual
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday with rotating shifts:
* 07:00 – 16:00
* 08:00 – 17:00
* 09:00 – 18:00
Salary & Benefits
* Base salary: 920€ gross/month
* Performance bonus: up to 360€ gross/month
* Language allowance (German + English): 500€ gross/month
* Additional Multi-Skill allowance: 150€ gross/month
* Meal allowance: 10.20€ net/day (up to approx. 214.20€ net/month)
* Attendance bonus: 110€ gross/month
* Flex work allowance: 60€ gross/month
* Permanent contract after 6 months
* Health insurance included
* Possibility to work remotely from other countries after 6 months with the company
