We are looking for a
UX Designer
to join our company, in one of our projects.
Objective:
Design intuitive and user-centered interfaces for an internal decisionmaking tool, translating user research and product strategy into highimpact designs that simplify complex scientific data.
Responsibilities:
Design and prototype user interfaces that support intuitive interaction with complex data and models.
Create wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and final UI mockups.
Translate user journeys into digital touchpoints and screen flows.
Collaborate with the Design Researcher to incorporate research insights into UI/UX decisions.
Work closely with the Product Manager and Engineering team to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints.
Facilitate design workshops and iterate based on feedback from CMRE stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in UX design with a focus on complex or data-heavy applications
Strong portfolio demonstrating B2B or enterprise design experience
Experience designing dashboards and analytical tools
Ability to visualize scientific data in clear, actionable ways
Strong communication and workshop facilitation skillsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
