Freelance Recruiter Role
As a Freelance Recruiter, you will play a key role in connecting talented individuals with our clients' needs. This commission-based structure means your earnings are directly tied to successful candidate placements.
* Dive into various channels to find and attract top-notch candidates.
* Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and determine the perfect fit for specific job roles.
* Work closely with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
* Maintain a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and build lasting relationships.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers effectively.
* Maintain candidate profiles in our applicant tracking system well-described and updated for future reference.
Requirements:
* Native or fluent English (C1), with strong proficiency in written and spoken communication.
* Previous experience recruiting internationally is essential.
* You must have stellar communication and people skills.
* Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently is crucial.
* Great time management, responsiveness, and organizational abilities are required.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is beneficial.
