Driven by our unparalleled team and our track record of successful project execution, we aim to consistently deliver superior, innovative solutions that empower our clients' success worldwide.Role: Construction Manager Roles And ResponsibilitiesAdherence to and promotion of company safety and quality policies.Onsite coordination between mechanical and other disciplines.Monitoring and delivering of project construction schedule.Attending on‐site coordination meetings with client.Co‐ordinating and monitoring labour and plant requirements with site supervisors.Supervision of project sub‐contractors.Reporting directly to the project manager on all aspects of the project.Working closely with site engineers and safety officers to achieve project goals.Closely monitoring labour loading at all times to ensure that all costs are minimized.Ensuring that all project variations are recorded for the project QS.RequirementsHave a minimum of 10 years' experience working on mechanical projects in the pharmaceutical or oil and gas industries.Ideally the candidate would be a time‐served fitter or would possess a mechanical engineering qualification.Have an excellent understanding of piping isometric and general arrangement drawings.Possess exceptionally good organisational skills with good time management ability, working to deadlines and prioritising.Self‐starter who is committed to achieving an excellent standard of work.An orderly systematic approach to problem solving will be a prerequisite for carrying out this role.Strong team player with ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.Benefits We provide a competitive salary that reflects your experience and qualifications.
