Job Opportunity: Social Media Representative
This is a unique chance to join our team as a social media representative for public associations. In this role, you will work closely with a dynamic and multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the goals of various public associations by utilizing social media platforms effectively.
* Provide consultancy, training and support to clients on products, financial or operational questions.
* Identify opportunities for general optimization.
* Utilize tools such as Salesforce and Excel to streamline processes.
* Ensure seamless communication between clients and different departments within the organization.
Requirements for Success:
* A native level of Hebrew and a fluent level of English (at least B2-C1).
* Previous experience in Customer Service is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
* An interest in the social media field is a must.
