This is a great opportunity for those who have completed a technical course or specialization and are ready to kick off their IT journey.
What we're looking for:
- Completed Professional Training or Technological Specialization Course in IT, Systems, Networks or similar.
- Interest in starting a career in technical support, IT operations, or infrastructure monitoring
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules and participate in on-call rotations (prevenções)
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networks, or ticketing tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in Portuguese and a working level of English (B2 or above) What we value:

- Any previous internship or hands-on experience in IT is a plus
