People Analytics is the AI & Analytics center of expertise for HR. Our goal is to support HR teams in leveraging data to help strategically manage activities and improve employee experience. We utilize AI & Analytics platforms for data processing, visualization, and AI, providing analyses, dashboards, predictive models, and digital solutions tailored for senior management, HR teams, and business units.
Within People Analytics, you will join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of about forty collaborators based in Paris and Lisbon, working in an agile mode. You will collaborate with data experts (data quality analysts, data engineers, data scientists) and maintain constant contact with HR experts.
As a Data Analyst, your role involves building analyses and contributing to projects that support strategic decision-making, such as analyzing workforce trends for general management.
Your Main Activities
In This Role, Your Missions Will Include
* Understanding the needs expressed by senior management, HR teams, or the business.
* Translating these needs into an analytical roadmap (scope, metrics) to facilitate decision-making.
* Developing dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) and written analyses (exploratory, descriptive, clustering, machine learning, NLP) in collaboration with data scientists and engineers.
* Monitoring and analyzing workforce trends from data collection to delivering insights to senior management.
* Communicating actionable recommendations clearly, both orally and in writing, through reliable and quality deliverables.
Your Team / Work Environment
This position is within the People Analytics team at Group HR. You will be part of a vibrant, multidisciplinary team of about forty members working in an agile environment with various AI & Analytics experts, including Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and others. You will also interact with other HR department colleagues.

Profile And Skills To Success
You should have a scientific background with experience as an analyst, management controller, auditor, or consultant in a quantitative role. You must be able to communicate statistical analyses and results clearly to stakeholders at varying technical levels, both in writing and orally. Significant experience in data visualization, data preparation, and machine learning is essential. We value individuals who act responsibly and uphold professional ethics daily.
