Customer Service Expertise
This role involves interacting with customers via various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, or the company website. The customer service representative will provide support and resolution for routine issues related to clients' products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries, documenting relevant case information
* Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by assisting users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels
* Escalate customer concerns to higher tiers of support as defined and documented
* Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets
Requirements:
* Excellent proficiency in written and oral Finnish (B2 level) and fluent English (C1 level)
* Superior writing and verbal communication skills to simplify complex technical language for non-technical users
* Patient when communicating and solving issues
* Able to stay up-to-date with the latest IT and tech-related trends
* Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
