Our company is seeking a skilled Field Services Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for pathological anatomy equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide installation, maintenance, diagnosis, repair, and safety updates for pathological anatomy equipment.
* Manage workflow, customer interaction, and company procedures to ensure the best customer experience and incident reporting.
* Collaborate with customer service coordinators and key account managers to resolve customer requests and provide technical assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge & Experience:
* Graduation in electronics or equivalent.
* At least 2 years' experience as a technician in a similar role.
* Experience in pathological anatomy equipment and technical assistance in life support systems.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Proficient computer skills (MS Office).
