We are looking for a
Merchandise & Physical Products Manager
who will take ownership of branded products, logistics, and partnerships — and help scale this direction into a profitable business line.
Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end merchandise operations: production, inventory, logistics, delivery
* Launch new merchandise formats: branded items, VIP gifts, event products, limited editions
* Work with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners (including international)
* Collaborate with product, UX, and marketing teams to improve user experience
* Own pricing, margins, and overall profitability of the merchandise direction
Requirements
* Experience in merchandise, e-commerce, or physical product operations
* Strong organizational and operational skills
* Experience working with suppliers and logistics partners
* Business mindset with focus on margins and scalability
* Ability to take ownership and build processes from scratch
