/ppbr/ppThe role will involve close coordination with subcontractors and site teams to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliManage the full Mechanical Systems package from design coordination to installation, testing, and commissioning.
/liliOversee site safety, QHSE culture, and subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
/liliManage project schedule, resources, and all associated costs, including labour, subcontractors, materials, plant, variations, and valuations.
/liliMaintain snagging systems, documentation, and photographic records; produce internal and external progress reports.
/liliAttend site meetings, reviews, and handovers; support project close-out including OM manuals, punch lists, QA and safety files.
/liliSchedule and track material deliveries, and coordinate change management for cost and programme impacts.
/liliHold weekly commercial meetings to capture variations and issue costs to the client.
/liliDevelop and implement company procedures in coordination with other package managers.
/liliPerform all other duties as required to ensure successful delivery of the mechanical package.
/li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliRelevant bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
/liliProven experience in Project Management, ideally on large-scale projects, ideally data centres, pharmaceutical, or industrial.
/liliStrong record of coordinating and managing complex mechanical systems projects.
/liliExperience handling industrial relations matters.
/liliSolid Knowledge of Health Safety regulations and practices.
/liliExperience in design and build projects.
/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant mechanical software and excellent technical knowledge of mechanical systems.
/liliStrong leadership, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive team performance effectively.
