Business Development Opportunity
Enable Mobility is a Portuguese startup that aspires to become a key player in the electric mobility sector. Our mission is to simplify and make accessible electric mobility for everyone, playing a crucial role in Portugal's energy transition.
Responsibilities:
* Lead business development and sales efforts in two main areas: 1) strategic location partnerships for EV charging operation; 2) sales of electricity for EV charging to businesses with electric fleets
* Own the full sales cycle, including identification and engagement of prospects, negotiation, and closing
* Conduct market research to generate a pipeline of qualified leads
* Qualify leads and build a strong network of contacts
* Develop compelling, tailored proposals and negotiate contracts with partners and clients
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, infrastructure, finance, tech) during execution / implementation, acting as the primary point of contact for partners and clients
* Monitor business development and sales performance and help define strategies to achieve growth targets
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance, or equivalent
* 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in a startup environment; experience in mobility, real estate or energy is a plus
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and creative thinking
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven
* Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus
