Your job as a designer isn't to make things look nice.
It's to make brands mean something, and then translate that meaning into every touchpoint, including the digital ones.
/ppbr/ppbWhat you'll do day-to-day /b /ppbr/pp- Design visual identities and translate them into digital experiences: websites, interfaces, and everything in between /pp- Build wireframes, user flows, and page structures that are clear before they're beautiful /pp- Contribute to design systems: components, grids, typography rules, scalable UI patterns /pp- Build brand guidelines and design files rigorous enough to scale, clear enough for a client to use /pp- Explore AI tools and emerging workflows as part of how you work, not as a novelty /pp- Contribute your perspective from the beginning.
We expect opinions, not just execution /ppbr/ppbWhat we're looking for /b /ppbr/ppSkills: /ppbr/pp- Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field /pp- Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and visual identity /pp- Understanding of digital interface design principles: hierarchy, usability, and structure /pp- Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and component-based design in Figma /pp- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite /pp- Comfortable communicating in English, written and spoken.
Client communication happens in English /pp- A portfolio that shows range, intention, and craft.
Every piece should feel considered /ppbr/ppMindset: /ppbr/pp- You notice things others don't.
Spacing, hierarchy, consistency, the details that most people skip /pp- Curious about how things work structurally and systemically, not just visually /pp- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.

Compensation at the standard IEFP rate.
/ppbr/ppEligibility: degree completed within the last 2 years, registered at IEFP (or eligible to register), no previous Professional Internship completed in the same area.
