- Responsible for translating internal client needs into a formal integration specification.
- Integration expertise should be based on abstract principles, independent of any specific underlying technology.
- Govern and maintain EDP's Global Integration Architecture, covering a wide range of types (APIs, Web Services, Events, ETL, Batch, Files, Data, etc.).
- Design and develop technical architecture for integration solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Maintain integration design documentation and technical specifications.
- Define and document integration patterns and best practices.
- Assist in the specification of integration test plans and scenarios.
- Provide oversight in standards adherence through reviews of project work, including detailed technical specifications and application code.

Qualifications
- Up to 15 years of experience in the role
- Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams
- Capacity for critical analysis and focused on problem‐solving
- Commitment to quality of deliverables
- Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence tools (valued/a plus)
- Experience in strategic projects
- Deep knowledge of the various types of integration platforms, as well as integration patterns, and new market trends
