Property Manager
Savills is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join its team in Portugal.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in property management and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing properties on behalf of clients;
* Preparing reports and managing budgets;
* Supervising service providers and coordinating with suppliers;
* Other tasks inherent to property management;
Requirements include a driving license and good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Travel within national territory may be required.
