PROFILE:
* Higher education in Information Technology;
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience managing the full lifecycle of IT projects, from requirements gathering to delivery and closure;
* Strong command of project management methodologies, namely Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall;
* Strong ability to define plans, schedules, milestones, resources, and budgets;
* Proven experience in risk management, mitigation plans, and impact analysis;
* Strong skills in effective stakeholder management, both internal and external;
* Certifications are valued;
* Good knowledge of English;
* Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills;
* Excellent communication skills and ease in working with multiple stakeholders;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Leadership mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
