Key Responsibilities:
* Lead DeFi liquidity initiatives across AMMs, staking systems, and DAO incentives.
* Design capital-efficient incentive frameworks to drive long-term ecosystem adoption.
* Coordinate multichain liquidity strategy across decentralized markets and protocol partners.
* Collaborate with treasury teams, governance contributors, and protocol DAOs.
* Analyze on-chain capital flows and protocol performance to shape liquidity decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years of experience in blockchain liquidity, DeFi growth, or token incentive strategy.
* A deep understanding of AMM mechanics, time-locked incentives, and DAO structures.
* Proven ability to design token-based models aligned with governance and capital goals.
* Proficiency in tools like Dune, DeFiLlama, Nansen, Flipside.
* Commitment to building within decentralized ecosystems, not legacy fintech.
