Facilities coordinator

Come and work with us.

As a Facility Coordinator, your daily responsibilities will include:


• Manage and organize supplier contracts

• Monthly budget control of facility areas - continuous analysis of cost-saving potentials

• Compliance with cost control and adherence of processes

• Secure that all necessary repair and maintenance works are being done

• Managing a team of onsite facilities.

• Must take personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security requirements and policies

• Reception team management, reception overview.

• Preparation of rooms for meeting/trainings/events

• Prepare and follow up with audits (internal and external)

• Overview of 2 sites in Lisbon 8000 sqm.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Native or proficient level of Portuguese (C2)
2. English advanced level (essential)
3. Computer literate – word and excel intermediate level
4. Evidence of effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.
5. Excellent telephone, keyboard, verbal and written communication skills.
6. Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills.
7. Effective time management.
8. Ability to organize and prioritize, set priorities and multi-task.
9. Facility management knowledge
10. People oriented
11. Experience with policy work
12. Early adopter of technology
13. Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervision
14. Ability to interact positively with staff at all levels
15. Availability to work from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday
16. Availability to work on-site at our Sete Rios office

Education and experience.

2/3 year college degree or directly related work experience.
