To support this, we\'re hiring a hands-on, detail-oriented E-Commerce Performance Manager who can help us make smarter decisions, faster.Role OverviewAs the E-Commerce Performance Manager, you will be the right hand for strategic and day to day performance topics, ensuring we are continuously optimizing what\'s working, correcting what\'s broken, through alignment of our digital, marketing, and product developments teams.Key ResponsibilitiesShopify Excellence & Operations :Maintain and optimize all product listings, tags, availability, SKUs, visibility, and collectionsClean up and structure historical product data (publish dates, returns, availability patterns)Ensure product launches and stock updates are correctly reflected on-sitePerformance Data Analysis & Reporting :Analyze Shopify reports: conversion rate, AOV, product sales, traffic sources, and customer cohortsPrepare recurring (weekly/monthly) performance updates and deep divesIdentify insights and make clear suggestions (e.g. "best-selling variant needs push", "high returns on item X")Tech Stack & Tool Integration :Manage proper tracking with GA4, Meta Pixel, Klaviyo, and other Shopify appsBuild and automate reporting dashboards (using tools like Data Export Reports, Lifetimely, or Google Sheets)Implementing and optimizing relevant Shopify apps that help drive sales & operational performanceCRM & CRO Optimization :Diagnose drop-offs from product view to checkoutSupport content, brand, and performance teams with product-level feedbackOversight over customer comms - newsletter, transactional emails, etc.Strategic Decision Support :Be a sparring partner to the leadership team on what's working and whyRegularly present ideas for product portfolio, marketing, website, or funnel optimizationsHighlight trends early: e.g. changes in customer behavior, product fatigue, repeat ratesP&L overview and understanding aligned with key financial recommendationsPreferred Qualifications (Must-have/Nice-to-have)Must-have:5+ years in E-Commerce management, Shopify, and digital analyticsExcellent understanding of Shopify Admin (products, reporting, analytics)Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, lookups, trend analysis)Data-driven, structured and detail-obsessedClear written and spoken EnglishNice-to-have:Fashion, apparel, or merch DTC backgroundUX and visual merchandising insightExperience working in start-up or scale-up environmentsBenefits & Working ConditionsHealth insurance coverage.Flexible work schedules that promote work-life balance.Generous allocation of 26 vacation days per year.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Opportunity for professional growth and development.Modern and well-equipped office space in a convenient location.About usAs one of the leading agencies in Portugal, our reputation for excellence is a testament to our philosophy of pushing the boundaries in textile sourcing and production.
