Site Engineer / Site Manager – Heavy Civils (Stade, Hamburg – Germany)

About the Project
Join a high-profile international initiative: the construction of a large-scale LNG regasification terminal in Stade, one of Europe's most important energy infrastructure developments.
The facility will have a capacity of 13.3 billion m3 per year and will employ innovative waste heat recovery technology to reduce CO2 emissions — making it a key element in Europe's sustainable energy transition.
Main Responsibilities
* Perform the role of Site Engineer or Site Manager on industrial projects.
* Coordinate resources and oversee site works.
* Ensure compliance with Quality, HSE, Management, Construction, and Design guidelines.
* Supervise execution of works, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
* Identify critical issues and propose corrective actions.
* Report progress and prepare documentation in line with project procedures.
* Provide regular updates on site progress to the planning team.
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering (mandatory), preferably Civil Engineering.
* Experience in industrial projects and/or construction of industrial or fuel storage tanks.
* Strong organisational, supervision, and leadership skills on site.
* Results-oriented, with commitment to quality and safety standards.
* Willingness to work on-site in Stade, Germany (near Hamburg).
