We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our global team!
RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct detailed data analysis and develop actionable insights to support business decisions.Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for data solutions.Extract, clean, and integrate data from multiple platforms including manual sources, APIs, and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake).Support the development of upcoming web analytics dashboards, using tools such as Tableau and scripting in Python.Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.Assist in the development of analytical models and visualizations to address business needs.Provide support for data-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Contribute to the development of self-service data tools and frameworks.Participate in mentoring junior analysts and providing guidance on best practices. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.Solid understanding of data analytics methodologies including data wrangling, visualization, and modeling.Experience working with marketing and campaign data across platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and AdOps platforms (e.g., YouTube, Google Marketing Platform).Proficient in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), advanced Excel functions and comfortable working with cloud data platforms like BigQuery, Snowflake.Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.Ability to handle manual data extraction and wrangling from varied sources.Experience in a client-facing role is advantageous.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication abilities in English; additional languages are a plus.
