We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Technical Support Specialist to join our client's team in Lisbon.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements
* Monitor and maintain critical IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
* Provide Tier 2/3 support to internal teams or end-users, escalating complex issues when necessary
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and security checks
* Document incidents, problems, and solutions to build a robust knowledge base
Skills
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience
* Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud technologies
* Experience with relational database management and querying
* Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux)
* Shell batch scripting (Bash and/or Powershell)
* Fluent level of English
