On behalf of our client, a global research and expert network platform, we are seeking an SVP of Client Services, EMEA, to lead their regional delivery organization. The company operates at the intersection of technology, professional services, and data, supporting investment firms and corporate clients with decision-ready insights. This role will be based between London and Lisbon, with flexibility for regular travel across both locations.
About the Role
The SVP Client Services, EMEA will take full ownership of the Client Services strategy across the region, building a high-performing organisation that consistently delivers value to clients. This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for people development, operational excellence, and commercial partnership.
Key Responsibilities
People, Performance and Culture
* Lead and scale the Client Services organisation across EMEA, establishing a strong performance-driven culture supported by clear processes and expectations.
* Guide and mentor senior leaders and managers, ensuring consistent capability development, structured career pathways, and effective talent management.
* Partner with People and Operations leadership to enhance onboarding, learning and development, and performance management frameworks.
Delivery and Commercial Strategy
* Develop and own the regional delivery strategy, ensuring operational excellence, accurate forecasting, and proactive planning.
* Partner with Commercial teams to support growth across key accounts, identify new opportunities, and enhance client engagement.
* Drive a data-informed approach to decision making across all delivery teams, using insights to optimise processes and elevate performance.
* Oversee the operational transition of delivery capabilities into the Lisbon hub, ensuring a well-supported and effective shift of knowledge and expertise.
Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Contribute to strategic discussions as part of the senior leadership group, representing regional priorities and supporting global initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Finance, People, and Operations teams to support continuous improvement and long-term scalability.
* Represent the organisation externally with clients and partners as needed.
Experience
* Background in a technology-enabled services, research, consulting, or operations-driven organisation.
* Demonstrated experience leading multi-location teams across Europe or internationally.
* Strong experience leading large delivery, operations, or service teams in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
* Track record of building and developing high-performing teams with a focus on coaching and talent development.
* Experience managing operational transformation, scaling programmes, or organisational change.
* Clear and confident communication and presence in senior internal and external settings.
