Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist – Hybrid Model in Lisbon (Carnaxide) We are looking for a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Lisbon (Carnaxide) on a 6-month initial project with the possibility of extension.
This role follows a hybrid work model and requires a generalist recruiter who has worked across different areas such as Finance, IT, Marketing, and more. The selected candidate must be open to being hired under a Recibo Verde contract.
Key Responsibilities: ?? Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding for portuguese and spanish profiles.
?? Support hiring managers in defining job requirements and selecting the best talent.
?? Collaborate with external recruitment partners and agencies.
?? Conduct integration and exit interviews to improve hiring strategies.
?? Maintain updated job descriptions and recruitment reports.
Profile: ? 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
? Experience hiring for diverse roles across different business areas.
? Strong knowledge of talent acquisition trends, HRIS, ATS, and recruitment marketing tools.
? Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (spoken and written).
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
