Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our French customer support team in Porto, Portugal.
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat.
* Comply with company policies and procedures to meet statutory, quality, and business requirements.
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Manage content and resources to facilitate self-service for customers.
* Analyze customer service statistics and compile accurate reports on a weekly basis.
* Develop processes to improve current customer service duties.
* Work closely with other teams to bring relevant customer insights to support the overall business strategy.
* Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database.
* Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Native or proficient level of French (C2).
* Intermediate level of English (at least B2).
* Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in supported languages.
* A motivated and enthusiastic personality.
* Self-organized, planning, and prioritization skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations.

* EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
* Willingness to relocate to Porto, Portugal (onsite work).
