CHALLENGE:
As a Data Analyst, you will play a central role in supporting strategic planning, improving business analysis, predicting outcomes, and understanding complex data relationships.
Work closely with business users to understand the questions they want to answer with data, propose and design possible solutions, and collaborate with other teams to implement those solutions.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Define and execute data analysis to make recommendations supporting decision-making.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to formulate and complete full-cycle analysis, including data gathering, analysis, scaled deliverables, and presentations.
3. Develop and automate reports and dashboards to provide insights at scale, define business priorities, and deliver valuable information to stakeholders and leadership.
4. Verify and validate data accuracy and reports to ensure high standards of quality.
5. Optimize internal business processes to increase operational efficiency across all platforms.
6. Contribute to building a strong data-driven culture.
PROFILE:
1. Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent fields.
2. Professional with +3 years of experience in data analytics.
3. Interest and experience in data, metrics, analysis, and trends, with applied knowledge of measurement, statistics, and program evaluation.
4. Experience leveraging data and analytics to solve real-world problems and create solutions, requiring a strong understanding of business processes and data flows.
5. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
6. Familiarity with Python for delivering similar analyses as SQL and BI tools; knowledge of algorithms in retail is a plus.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
9. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
