Your Mission
As an Italian Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you'll support customers throughout the post-purchase process and play a key role in driving product and accessory sales. Whether resolving issues or recommending the right solution, you'll be at the heart of delivering an excellent customer experience.
What You'll Do:
Assist customers in Italian with delivery issues, returns, billing concerns, and product support.
Resolve cases involving delayed shipments, damaged items, payment problems, and incorrect charges.
Sell our client's products and accessories by matching customer needs with the right solutions.
Proactively guide customers through their buying journey with clarity and confidence.
Promote and sell add-ons such as chargers, cases, and cables as essential complements.
Listen actively to identify sales opportunities and handle objections with professionalism.
Close sales by making tailored recommendations that add value and feel natural.
Stay up to date on our client's products, technology, and offerings to provide expert advice.
Collaborate with your team to meet individual and collective performance goals.
Turn each interaction into a positive customer experience that builds trust and loyalty.
Who You Are:
Fluent in Italian (mandatory) and able to communicate well in English (minimum B2).
A skilled communicator with strong sales instincts and a customer-first mindset.
Naturally empathetic, persuasive, and solution-oriented.
Organized, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Available to work rotating shifts Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (8 hours/day)
Have access to fiber internet with wired connection suitable for remote work.
Hold European citizenship or a valid residence/work permit in Portugal.
Completed 12th grade (high school diploma) or equivalent.
