About The JobThe Account Receivable Officer is responsible for one or several parts of the client invoice process: from analysing and implementing the fee schedule in the invoicing tool, to producing and controlling the invoices in a diligent and timely manner. The role can be in contact with the clients, Service Partners as Client Development teams, Risk Management teams, or with the Invoice Process Management team.Your Main Activities AreSet up the Fee schedule in the invoicing tool: Analyse client fee schedule to ensure all items are billable and, if not, liaise with client line teams and check how to implement a new information flow; implement the fee schedule in the invoicing tool (new client, new services, pricing renegotiation).Produce the invoices in a timely manner: Issue accurate invoices and associated reports in line with bank procedures and the client service level agreement; ensure deadlines are accomplished, follow‐up of queries, setup creation and validation, invoice and reports sending; keep the team leader informed of all delays or issues in production; ensure all controls are documented and signed, including all 4‐eyes checks for monthly tasks, setups and changes and inputs in x PACT; provide necessary support to clients and service partners, and have an active role in delivering client satisfaction and reducing the number of client claims.Contribute to the risk awareness and monitoring process: Ensure all documents/answers to the control teams are provided within the respective deadlines; guarantee incidents are logged within the deadline defined after detection, follow‐up incidents on time, and help prepare internal and external audit files.Contribute to the efficiency of the team: Manage the generic email box and phones; share knowledge with other team members and help the team whenever necessary; support projects impacting the team by contributing to the impact analysis, delivering on time and accurately the documentation/files requested; propose/create innovative processes with practical application that will improve the operational performance of our processes.Profile And Skills To SuccessBachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Management.Up to 4 years of experience in banking and financial operations or accounting and finance.Fluency in English and French.Proficiency in Microsoft Word tools, namely Excel and Power Point.Analytical ability.Good organizational skills.Attention to detail.Ability to collaborate.Why Joining BNP Paribas?BNP Paribas is a leading banking institution with a strong presence in Europe and globally.
