On this occasion, one of our leading gas clients is looking for a Back Office employee with a native French level in Porto.
What will you do?
As a Back Office Agent you will:
* Resolve customer simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business.
* Change and maintain customer's data on the system.
* Ensure a good relationship with customers.
* Furthermore, ensure that the data received from the customer or other Linde department is accurately and timely maintained.
Who are we looking for?
* You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and emails with customers daily.
* You speak French at a native level and English fluently.
* Pro-active, focused on responding promptly to action.
* You have SAP and Outlook tools basic knowledge.
* Able to work in a result oriented team.
* Minimum required secondary school.
