/pp•Lead and manage corporate fleet sales activities.
/pp•Implement and oversee customer follow-up processes.
/pp•Develop and expand fleet sales channels.

/pp•Coordinate with the dealer network on customer visits and follow-up.
/pp•Collaborate with dealers to build sales plans and achieve sales targets.
/pp•Act as the key liaison between NSC and AOV on fleet business.
/pp•Manage and coordinate rental business activities.
/pp•Work with logistics and other departments to support sales growth.
/pp•Travel frequently as required by business needs.
/pp•Define and monitor KPIs for fleet business performance.
/pp•Ensure dealers register all fleet opportunities in Salesforce.
/pp•Manage fleet support provided to dealers.
/pp•Audit invoices to validate customer discounts.
/pp•Create toolkits to monitor and control additional dealer support.
/pp•Oversee the public procurement portal.
/pp•Prepare and submit offers for public tenders.
/pp•Ensure all requirements for public procurement are met.
/ppSales Operations /pp•Provide continuous support and follow-up to the dealer network.
/pp•Monitor and report on KPI performance.
/pp•Collaborate with key stakeholders on homologation, registration, and other sales operations processes.
/pp•Track dealer performance and bonus eligibility in coordination with Sales Finance leadership.
/pp•Oversee fleet sales operations, including vehicle logistics (from port of arrival to dealers) and wholesale invoicing.
/ppMarketing /pp•Ensure effective use of Salesforce across the dealer network.
/pp•Implement and manage fleet lead generation tools.
/pp•Monitor and control follow-up on fleet leads.
/ppbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pp· Minimum 10 years of experience in fleet sales within the automotive industry, with a strong professional network and proven achievements.
/pp· Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
/pp· Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
/pp· Results-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ideally in multicultural environments.
/pp· Proven experience in B2B sales at an international level, with significant fleet sales expertise.
/pp· Strong analytical and reporting skills with a high level of numerical proficiency.
/pp· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
/pp· Strong focus on fast execution, creativity in managing limited budgets, and delivering high performance.
/pp· High flexibility regarding time, location, and approaches to problem-solving.
