Job Description:
We are seeking a new talent to join the Service Delivery team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in a company that specializes in energy production and distribution, providing innovative solutions in the energy sector.
Responsibilities:
* As a Delivery Lead (+5 years of experience), you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments.
* You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling.
* You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
* You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
* You are also expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
* Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team innovation and problem-solving. Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
* Identify and pursue opportunities for additional services that align with client needs.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to promote professional growth.
Requirements:
* Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service is required.
* Advanced proficiency in Account Delivery Management is recommended.
* Advanced proficiency in Estimation and Planning, Work Management is suggested.
* Advanced English proficiency is required.
