Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Advogado, based in Porto, Braga and Lisbon. The role entails providing expert legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and conducting thorough legal research. The Advogado will collaborate closely with clients, offer solutions tailored to their needs, and represent their interests through effective negotiation in various legal matters. The position involves working across multiple legal domains, with a focus on labor and employment law.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Law and specialized knowledge in Labor and Employment Law
* Strong skills in Legal Advice and the ability to provide strategic solutions
* Experience in thorough and effective Research
* Expertise in Negotiation and conflict resolution
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and high-performing team
* Professional fluency in Portuguese; additional language skills are an asset
* Legal qualifications and bar certification in Portugal
* Familiarity with global legal and economic frameworks is an advantage
