This is a key role for us as we expand our team & offering to hit our ambitious growth goals, and will work closely alongside our CEO to ensure our project operations, budget and schedule progresses according to plan.Duties and Responsibilities:Define, manage, and control project budgetsPrepare comprehensive reports for the team and managementCollaborate with project managers and functional managers for effective team utilization and project delivery as per project requirements.Develop and adjust detailed project plansIdentify and mitigate project risks.Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.Proven experience (+3 years) as a planning engineer or similar roles.
Preferably in an architecture company or construction.Proficiency level in English.Proficiency in project management software and tools (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software).Familiarity with architectural design processes, construction sequencing and related terminology.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve scheduling conflicts.Excellent organizational and time management skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and foster strong working relationships.Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you're an ambitious Planning Engineer with experience of Architectural or Construction projects, we encourage you to apply today with your CV in English!
