Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Support Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a renowned tech brand and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Swedish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will handle inquiries related to online orders, communicate with customers, ensure data security, and collaborate with logistics and financial teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Native-level Swedish (C2) and fluent English (C1)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude
* Ability to work in rotating shifts (07:00-24:00, Mon-Sun)
* Prior experience in customer support or back-office is a plus
