Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and support observability tools such as Splunk and ITSI.
- Configure dashboards, ensure data quality, and assist users in leveraging these tools effectively within their respective business units.
- Actively engage with users to discuss desired functionalities.
- Implement new features and improvements.
- Monitor quality and integrate your product into the existing infrastructure.
- Work collaboratively within the team and act as a backup for your colleagues.
- Support and train colleagues in areas where you have expertise.
- Perform administrative tasks related to Splunk.
- Note: Knowledge in Splunk Security is not required.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding and interest in technologies that support IT professionals.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Splunk.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure and Cloud (AWS/Azure).
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Java.
- Ability to manage projects independently.
- Ability to coach and train others in your area of expertise.
Required Certifications:
- Splunk Core Certified Power User or Splunk Core Certified Advanced Power User
- Splunk (Cloud) Admin
Minimum Required Skills:
- Experience with Splunk + Infrastructure + Python (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Cloud and Infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Java (Java is a plus, not mandatory)
