Monitor P&L performance vs. Budget, Forecast and Prior YearPrepare management reporting packages and variance analysisSupport shortening of closing timelines and process improvementsEnsure compliance with internal controls and accounting standardsFP&A & Performance Analysis
Participate in Forecast and Budget cyclesBuild and maintain financial models to support decision-makingPerform detailed profitability and cost analysisBusiness Partnering & Cost ControlMonitor key cost drivers and overall cost performanceAnalyze variances vs. budget/forecast and identify underlying trendsPartner with operational teams to improve cost visibility and support decision-makingSupport tracking of initiatives and ensure delivery of targeted savings / efficienciesSystems & ProcessWork actively with financial systems (ERP, reporting tools, planning tools)Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes, as well as master data maintenanceQualifications :Minimum: Frequency in University in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalentProfessional experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related role of at least 5 years in multinational environmentFluent English (mandatory) and French and Spanish is a plusGood MS Office knowledge, of which high-level in Excel is mandatoryTeam oriented in multicultural work environmentSomeone hands-on, proactive, enthusiastic, and with strong communication skills.Deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, with strong analytical, problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
