We are seeking an experienced professional to join our project team as a Business Process Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and document business processes, user needs, and system requirements
* Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
* Foster collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams (developers, architects)
* Identify and propose improvements to ERP workflows
* Support testing, training, and documentation processes
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business/functional analysis, proficiency in modeling languages like UML and BPMN, and experience preparing functional specifications and structured documentation. Knowledge of platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure is also required. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and fluency in Portuguese are a plus.
