Your Role
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & Configuration– Develop Salesforce OMS solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows, configuring key order processes such as capture, orchestration, fulfillment, returns, and cancellations.Solution Design Support– Collaborate with architects to implement technical designs, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and contribute to solution improvements.Integration Development– Build and manage integrations with external systems (ERP, WMS, payments, logistics) using REST/SOAP APIs and event‐driven architectures.Testing & Quality Assurance– Ensure code quality through unit testing, participate in system and integration testing, and troubleshoot issues across environments.Performance & Optimization– Optimize system performance for high‐volume order processing, improving efficiency, reliability, and resolving llaboration & Agile Delivery– Work within Agile teams, participating in ceremonies, collaborating with cross‐functional roles, and delivering solutions within defined timelines.Your ProfileBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.4–7+ years of Salesforce development experience.Hands‐on experience with Salesforce OMS (SOM) or order management implementations.Strong proficiency in Apex programming.Advanced knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC).Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation tools.Experience with integration patterns and APIs (REST/SOAP).Solid understanding of order lifecycle processes and commerce systems.What You'll Love About Working HereFlexible and dynamic work environment with hybrid work policy, enabling better work‐life balance.Local programs that promote people growth, reskilling, and new skill development (Career Acceleration Programs).Empowering environment with autonomy and strong peer relationships, recognized as a top score in Monthly Employees' feedback.Attractive compensation package and benefits, including Health and Life insurance and referral program bonuses.Capgemini Portugal is an equal‐opportunity employer.
