User Research and UX Experts – Public Sector

About the Opportunity: We are creating a pool of User Research and UX Experts – Public Sector for a new framework contract. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and conduct surveys to collect user feedback on existing public services.
* Analyse feedback and behavioural data to inform user journey mapping and redesign.
* Translate user needs into intuitive, accessible digital service models.
* Support usability testing and inclusive design practices across pilot services.
Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in UX research or service design, preferably in government services.
* Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.
* Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and public participation methods.
* Ability to synthesise findings into actionable policy and service design recommendations.
