The challenge As our client base expands, we're looking for a Head of Customer Success to lead our customer-facing strategy - ensuring smooth implementations, building strong client relationships, and guiding a growing team of technical consultants.
You'll play a strategic and hands-on role in how our platform is introduced, adopted, and scaled across factory operations.
This is a key leadership position for someone who thrives on impact, collaboration, and customer excellence.
What you'll be doing You'll lead a team, oversee complex implementations, and serve as a senior technical voice in pre-sales and client relationships: Pre-Sales & Technical Enablement : Work closely with Sales to understand client needs and processes, deliver tailored demos, respond to technical inquiries, and co-develop compelling proposals.
Project & Implementation Leadership : Oversee the full implementation lifecycle for new clients — defining project plans, setting milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality execution.
Team Leadership : Build, coach, and scale a high-performing Customer Success & Implementation team.
Cultivate a collaborative and client-first culture.
Strategic Relationship Management : Be the main point of contact for key accounts, anticipate client needs, and spot opportunities for product expansion or upsell.
Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership : Stay ahead of industry trends and represent BRAINR at conferences and events.
Contribute to our thought leadership with insights from the field.
