Customer Planner Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and integrate customer orders into our ERP system; Analyze stock coverage in the ERP system;
* Collaborate with Productions Planners to guarantee timely order fulfillment;
* Communicate effectively with the Warehouse through our shipping board platform;
* Manage customer communication to ensure seamless order processing and product delivery;
* Reserve transportation on customer portals;
* Monitor the shipping process with the warehouse and carriers to ensure efficiency;
* Process parts returned from customers in the ERP system, in partnership with the Quality Department;
* Track customer portals and respond to service requests and potential complaints;
* Conduct cascade analysis of customers and production to inform strategic decisions;
* Configure ERP setups to optimize the shipping process;
* Review customer Master Manufacturing Orders;
* Maintain finished goods inventory levels to avoid accumulation;
* Foster a culture of good professional ethics and employee involvement throughout all areas;
* Comply with environmental, health, safety, quality, and productivity standards;
* Adhere to organizational rules and internal regulations: Code of Ethics, practice, and working period;
* Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness guidelines are respected;
* Perform additional tasks as required by the needs or convenience of the service, for the necessary period.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience:
* Technical course (level 5) or degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent is required;
* At least 2 years of Customer Planning experience in an automotive production environment;
* Experience in the automotive and/or EMS industry is advantageous;
* Negotiation experience is beneficial;
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Web-based Intranet Systems; SAP knowledge is a plus;
* Enthusiastic, flexible, and eager to learn;
* Ability to lead a team;
* Critical Analysis Skills;
* Structured individual with strong problem-solving skills;
* Excellent communication skills, able to interact with all levels of the organization;
* Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks accordingly;
* Self-motivated, able to determine most work assignments, both tactical and strategic;
* Fluent in English and Portuguese;
* Available to travel.
